The Department of Education accepts reports of maintenance issues in public schools, including:

  • Air conditioning problems
  • Broken windows
  • Dirty rooms
  • Graffiti
  • Leaky roofs
  • Missing bathroom supplies
  • Plumbing problems
  • Rodent droppings
  • Snow or ice

Anonymous complaints are reviewed and addressed when possible, but you will not be contacted for follow-up.
