City Council Transcript

Transcripts of New York City Council Stated and Committee Meetings are filed in the Manhattan office of the City Clerk. You can read or get copies of transcripts.

You can get an electronic copy of any transcript for a fee of $20. If you would like a printed record, the fee is $1 per page. Transcript fees can be paid by credit card or through a money order made payable to the City Clerk.
