• Developing a supportive network
• Leadership skills
• Self-confidence

Through college assistance programs, the City helps foster children with planning for college and career. Young adults ages 14 to 25 receive help with finding the right college, the admissions process, financial aid package preparation, and support to help them graduate and make connections to career opportunities.

This service is available to current and former foster care youth.
