Sidewalk Repair Payment Plan

If you have been billed for sidewalk repairs made by the Department of Transportation’s Sidewalk Management Unit, you can apply for a payment plan so you can pay the amount you owe over time instead of all at once.

To be eligible:

The property must be a one- to six-family home or have an assessed value of $30,000 or less
The original sidewalk repair charges must be more than $250 but less than $5,000
You must file a payment plan application with the Department of Finance within one year of the date of entry of the charges.
