Animal Abuse
Pet Store Complaint

You can make a complaint about animal facilities that are unsanitary or operating without a permit. This includes:

Animal shelters
Boarding facilities
Groomers
Horse stables
Kennels
Petting zoos
Other animal exhibits

You must provide the name and address of the facility.

Report an animal facility that is unsanitary.

Report an animal facility that has no permit.

Employee Behavior

You should report rude employee behavior to the store manager. The City does not accept these types of complaints.
