To report a problem with the Online Application System (OASys), email the Department of Citywide Administrative Services at OASys@dcas.nyc.gov.

Depending on the exam, you may be able to change the date, time, or location of your test. You can reschedule an exam through your Online Application System (OASys) account.

The City offers military veterans a waiver of the fee required to take a civil service test. Instructions are available online.

Applicants can request a waiver at the time of submitting an exam application either online or by mail, and then mail in documentation supporting their request.

The Civil Service IVR system only provides Transit Exam Results for candidates who passed the exam and are on the eligible list.

If a candidate did not pass the exam, no information will be available from DCAS.  

You can get additional information from the MTA about exam results or other exams open for filing.
