Minority or Women-owned Business Enterprises and small businesses working on or hoping to work on City projects as prime or subcontractors can access loans for up to $500,000 at an interest rate of 3 percent APR.

The NYC Small Business Emergency Grant Program provides grants of up to $10,000 to small businesses that have suffered physical damage as result of recent looting.

Eligible businesses must:

  • Be referred by a local partner organization
  • Have earned less than $1.5 million in revenue in 2019
  • Have experienced physical damage as a result of recent looting

If you are interested in the program, complete a grant program interest form. Once you submit the form, your information will be forwarded to a local partner organization. You will be contacted by a local partner organization if you meet the criteria to complete an application.
