Most public elementary school students and many public middle school students attend their zoned school. Zoned schools enroll children who live right near the school.

You can find your zoned school using your home address.

You can also find the name, address, and phone number for any New York City public school.

The Department of Education (DOE) updates its online list of schools and school zones each July. You can access the list by visiting the DOE website.
